Vegan Double Chocolate Mint Fudgsicles

It has been sooo hot and muggy as of lately in Michigan (I am not complaining because I LOVE summer!), but I have needed to cool down with some type of icy treat on a regular basis. These creamy fudgsicles are so magical because 1) they are fudgsicles, so what’s not magical about all that rich, chocolatey goodness? 2) they are extra cool and refreshing thanks to the addition of mint and 3) they are dairy-free and vegan! These are made with fresh mint and one of my favorite superfoods: raw cacao. The chocolate drizzle is made with my 3-ingredient chocolate. You will be so happy you invested in these cute popsicle molds because they are just too easy to use and your summer treat options are just endless.


Vegan Double Chocolate Mint Fudgsicles

  • 1 can full fat organic coconut milk
  • 8 sprigs of fresh mint, stem removed
  • 3 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • liquid stevia or sweetener of choice to taste

Chocolate Drizzle

  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
  • liquid stevia or sweetener of choice to taste


  1. For the Fudgsicles: In a blender, mix together all ingredients until fully blended. 

    Pour evenly into six popsicles molds and place in freezer until hardened, about 1 hour. 

    For the chocolate drizzle: Mix all ingredients together. Place frozen popsicles on a plate and drizzle the chocolate over them. Place back in freezer until chocolate drizzle has hardened. 

    Eat and enjoy!
