Who’s ready for a field trip?! First stop, your kitchen! We’ll go through your pantry, fridge and freezer to discuss what’s serving you and what’s not. Following that we will discuss your week ahead (and take into consideration your family size and needs) and build a shopping list. From there we’ll take a magical road trip (I’ll bring the snacks!) to your grocery store of choice. Call me crazy, but I love grocery shopping! And if you don’t, I am going to help you find ways to get in and out quickly (and stress-free!) leaving with nutritious groceries that will set you up for a happy and healthy week! While there I will guide you to my personal favorites items, teach you how to read nutrition labels and answer any questions you may have. Once we are back at your place, I’ll help you unpack and leave you with a list of my favorite items to purchase (with brand recommendations) as well as tips to maximize your time at the store and meal preparation. (We will spend up to 3 hours together).
