What you Get:

  1. 60 minute bi-weekly calls and email support between sessions
  • During these calls, we will track your progress, check in with your goals, make adjustments/changes if needed, and celebrate your progress and improving health!
  • Between sessions you can email me any time with questions, accountability or exciting progress updates!
  1. Guide to Healthy Fats
  • Stop fearing fat and start fueling with it! I’ll provide you a list of healthy fats, what purpose they serve, and ways to incorporate them into your daily diet.
  1. Recipe & Meal Plan Guide
  • I will work with you during your session to find out your needs, wants and goals when it comes to meal planning and your lifestyle.
  • My recipes focus on real foods made with quality ingredients that are high in healthy fats and low in carbs (don’t let that scare you!).
  • There is a fine line between simple and delicious, and repetitive and boring. It’s important to both enjoy your foods and eat a variety of them for both your mental and physical health. Many of my recipes will yield enough food to be packed or paired with other meals the same or following day.
  • My recipes do not contain total calories or a macronutrient breakdown. I provide suggested portion sizes, but I will teach you how to listen to your body and stop when you are full and eat more if you are hungry. You will be consuming whole, real foods and plenty of them!
  1. Grocery Shopping List and Brand Recommendations
  • Get in and out of the grocery store quickly so you can focus more on doing the things you enjoy! We will go over recipes, planning, shopping list and goals.
  • These lists will be categorized by department and will provide you a list of in-store and online brand recommendations.
  1. Healthy Mindset Habits
  • There is so much more to health than physical attributes. To be truly blissful, both your mental and physical health must be at the forefront of your mind.
  • Together we will work through barriers and create a powerful, empowering mindset to help you develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
  1. Tools to Eating Intuitively
  • Oftentimes food is a tool we use to self soothe, to temporarily fill the void, to ease stress and anxiety or cure boredom. I’ll teach you how to get in control of your hunger and stop stressing over what you eat and when
  1. Fitness and Exercise Plans
  • In my book, it all begins with diet; however, a movement routine will keep you healthy mentally and show some love to your body.
  • We move our body because we can, not because we have to!
  • Based on your fitness level and preferences (Hate running? No problem. Not into yoga? I get it. We will find what works for you!) I will provide you with a variety of exercise options to have you performing at your peak and focused on your fitness goals!
