Cinnamon Maple Tahini Dressing

I have been loving tahini these days in anything from smoothies to baked goods to bread! It’s nutty flavor and creamy texture fit perfectly in many dishes, including this dreamy, creamy and festive cinnamon maple tahini dressing! I am a big fan of @peloponnese_foods so that is the tahini that is used in this dressing. This dressing would be perfect for a festive and delicious salad at Thanksgiving!

A great tip on salads and dressings is to massage your greens (specifically sturdier greens like kale) for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the kale, give it a more vibrant color, and change the flavor from slightly bitter to sweeter!


Cinnamon Maple Tahini Dressing

Course appetizer, snack, dinner, lunch
Cuisine salad, salad dressing
Servings 2 servings


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1.5 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of pink salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water


  1. Blend together all ingredients until cream. 

    2. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to one week. You will need to stir well if you store because the tahini's natural oil will separate from the dressing.
